The beautiful Byron Shire has been my home for 13 years and my husband and I along with our (unique) dog Sonny now have a very special piece of property to call home; the property his grandparents established here over 50 years ago. I’m very lucky to call this beautiful region home and be able to do what I love every day.

I graduated in 2000 from the Queensland College of Art, Griffith University with a Bachelor of Photography majoring in Photojournalism and instead of completing an honours year, decided to learn in the field and did assisting work with fashion and commercial photographers for 4 years before turning my focus to my own work specialising in weddings.

I was very excited when I was awarded the title of Master of Photography with the AIPP earlier this year as it is a nerve-wracking process working up to the Master level having your work scrutinised by some of the best photographers in Australia (and overseas!) but  also encouraging and rewarding. It is also serves as a great reality check to remember these feelings when I’m on the judging panel at state level!

Supporting Australian companies is a high priority so in all areas possible, I choose to have your memories worked on by myself and completed with Australian businesses. I’m all for “Made in Australia” as much as possible. The charities I support are the RSPCA and I’ve now added the Disabled Surfers Association (although I can’t surf!!), and try to get along to photograph as many events possible with the Byron crew.

My business is established (since 2000), fully insured and I offer a bespoke, truly boutique service.

I’d love to hear from you!
